Aircall stream 'calls' not loading all rows of data

• source is configured correctly and passes all tests. Date-from Filter begins when the platform was first used
• connection destination is Snowflake
• sync mode set to full refresh | Overwrite
• two stream enabled: users and calls
• users stream loads all rows of data (9)
• calls stream loads a small fraction of data (20), we would expect something more like 1,700 rows

We have tried to set up the connector again from scratch, but still get the same outcome. It is always the same 20 rows which are loaded.
