[destination-redshift] fails silently #43725

What step the error happened?

During the sync

Relevant information

The sync fails silently. It looks like it timed out trying to reach redshift and then just kind of sat there without failing or retrying for 2 days. Redshift v2.6.4 is a "certified" connector. I am not sure exactly what happened. Will upload log. First time in a couple of weeks use this happened. Not sure how to mitigate- it should at least retry or go to failed state and not sit in "sync now" state forever" - affected me badly!!

Happens often now multiple recorded instances.
