🚀 Source Chargebee: Expand endpoint support #5045

Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve

Let's add support for the following endpoints if possible:

Items
Item prices
Attached Items

This way we maintain backward compatibility and use the newest API version.

We need to:

[x] Fill new streams with data, where needed (~1h)
[x] Create schemas for 3 streams (~3h)
[x] Create stream classes for Items and Item Prices and check that they work as incremental (~3h)
[x] Add Attached Items stream. This stream doesn't support timestamp filtration so we need to add code which will read as full_refresh and then do filtration in python code and output records as incremental (~8h)
[x] Update acceptance tests (~2h)
[x] Update docs (~30m)
