Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve

As far as I know, we can register just one notification on airbyte. We would like to select destination slack channels to send notifications by connection, because the owners of connections can be different.

Describe the solution you’d like

Support to register multiple (slack) notifications to switch a destination slack channel
Select a notification setting in a connection

For instance, redash enables us to register multiple destination notifications and select ones. Alert-Destinations Alert

Refining notes:

We have an existing connection setting for notifications which we are improving the UX for (https://github.com/airbytehq/airbyte-internal-issues/issues/4815)
This currently only applies for schema updates (automatic connection updates)
This should apply to all the notifications related to the connection that you can opt out of on a workspace level (success, failed, automatic connection updates).
