i wanted to know if when i type "make install"
does this changes the framwork on the adaptor so i won't need to build the source again if i used another os?
or i have to install that every time i change the os?
You won't change the framework this way. All drivers extra compiled are maintained as modules.
If you wish, you can use DKMS to update every time you update a kernel.
