This reverts commit c7f8f6e3633bd91a9f359eb3406beb972e58cd7b. This commit is reverted because it introduces such issues as monitor stops working. Before the issue is solved, we should keep the code on main branch work Check issue for detail: https://github.com/aircrack-ng/rtl8812au/issues/1169

Note: On fedora 40 (kernel 6.9.7) applying this patch fixed wifi connectivity. (I reverted the commit in v5.6.4.2 and built)
