Web UI has crashed #434

Current UI and client versions:

AirDC++w 2.11.2 amd64

Operating system:

FreeBSD 13.1-RELEASE

Steps to reproduce the issue:

None that I aware of. I simply get this from the browser:

Web UI has crashed
