error proxy #1

does not work with a proxy. opens chrome, but does not establish a connection. Everything works without a proxy. The proxies themselves are working (verified)

не работает с прокси. открывает chrome, но не устанавливает соединение. Все работает без прокси. Сами прокси работают (проверяются)
