Keep trying to login but error message keeps appearing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open
2.add user and pass
3.after a few sec a error appears 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead.
an exception occurred the full exception message and stacktrace are dumped 
"log.html" file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.1.8

Please provide any additional information below.
I have looked at the other forms and none of the answers to this problem solved 
my issue profile language english U.S device authentication is disabled and i 
log into my profile properly with no interference dont know whats wrong
