What does your PR do?

Starting April 3, 2023, the Kubernetes project will stop publishing community-owned images (known as community images) to the old image registry k8s.gcr.io, registry.k8s.io replaces it.

@brunogomes1 Thanks for the PR, but I am actually about to release 8.7.0 of the chart with this change already in it!

I am just fixing one final issue before cutting the release, so should come later today.
