Add MetaMask support #112

MetaMask now supports QR-signers in their browser extension (mobile support planned for Q1).

Features

[x] Generate HD Wallets in AirGap Vault
[x] Add "MetaMask" QR option
[x] Support scanning of MetaMask QR codes
[ ] ~~Support signing of arbitrary data~~ not included for now
[x] Support other chains, eg. BSC
