Next npm publishing #412

Hello, Would it be possible to know when next npm publishing is scheduled? We are waiting for updates which are currently in develop branch and I need to give some visibility on the availability of next npm release.

Most of the PRs have been merged and released in 3.3.1 or 3.3.2, only the deku chain changes are currently in 3.3.2-beta.1
