Fix EPA compensated on top of SLR correction #263

Changes

  1. Fix pm2.5 compensated value with EPA enabled on top of SLR correction
  2. CO2 led bar indicator follow AG dashboard
  3. Add other check to handle parsing invalid json string with number at the front of the json object. Eg. 1ca \n{"data": 123}
