Stability derivatives #19

How do we store the stability derivatives (to good precision)?

Stability and control derivatives are currently not computed in PyTornado. But there is already an issue suggesting to add the derivatives: https://github.com/airinnova/pytornado/issues/6 (i.e. implementation is pending, but I am a bit short on time at the moment, any help here is appreciated).

I would like to help you out, but I don't know VLM. Whatever I am working on is learning on the fly. If I find time, I will surely help you out.
