Added computing average rate of user and taste and difficulty of recipe. #15

Trochę małych zmian w bazie:

1) zmienione nazwy pól w Recipe - teraz mamy:

dificulty - ustawia tworzący przepis
difficulty_comments - wyliczane na podstawie komentarzy
taste_comments - wyliczane na podstawie komentarzy

2) dodane pola w User - czas rejestracji i ostatniego logowania

Dodatkowo funkcje wyliczajace srednie oceny na podstawie komentarzy.
