Test new CTF bots to replace existing bots #27

I have created CTF bots based on the ab-protocol that wight published. I think the bots are now mature enough to be tested against real CTF games, and can replace the hard-to-maintain older CTF bots. The source can be found here: https://github.com/spatiebot/ab-bot

I just made some changes:

the leader can be challenged using challenge-leader
the bots were sometimes muted, prevent this
there is an option to add a team that tries to identify the #leader from the chat, but which doesn't hold elections itself (can be used to hosts another set of bots from a different instance)

@BlackCrawler can you give it another try? They now restart on errors or disconnect.
