If Player obtain 20 kills without experiencing any casual damage or death, to obtain a new ability based on killstreaks.
However, I'm not sure what that ability could be.
I have some ideas:
Get twice the Upgrade drops than usual.
Twice the Score Points.
Shoot twice the missile than usual.

The maximum # of kills to get the scorestreak ability should be 20. Therefore, if Player gets 20 more kills killstreak ability adds up to x2.
