It has been 2 months since the beta has been released. No pull requests, no progress, and what seems to be no interest from Rockchip to improve this product. Open source the SDK and let the community improve it. There are individuals that are ready to improve this. If Rockchip had a user friendly conversion process, and a product that worked on various models, more people would be willing to purchase boards with the RK3588.
