Refactor code in script/ directory #78

This directory shouldn't exist. Either they are code for demos in demo/ or are they are generic routines to be used for all sgd objects and thus available in R/.

Removed in 7f79a731e885035d9be7bc561f0c9ecd6dcf97b4 and ported over in 82eb528205a965905e03738bd412344da2708455
