Please give this a glance! The responses are submitted to this form which is managed by the air partners gmail.

Will checked for functionality on Android simulator and seems to work well in web app form.

lgtm! left a few comments, but most of them are nits or require no action at the moment. the only thing would be to address the API stuff and squash commits :D

@wFairmanOlin and @davidt315, please take a look at this when you get a chance! I talked to Will and grabbed just you changes, squashed them into a single commit, and pushed it here. Please make sure it works as expected/looks the way you want it to
