Update logger env template and documentation #26

The logger env template may need to get updated for new device configurations; provide additional details and specifications about this for future use. Also push the most recent working logger env.

I actually think the provisioning documentation is sufficient here, but I'll update the template for the canonical ish driver names anyways. It should still be clear that you need to validate the ports when setting up a new machine.
