couchprocess.ensurerunning fails if couchdb not installed in default location #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put couchdb binaries somewhere other than Program Files (x86)/Apache ...
2. Run unit tests

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All unit tests fail because exceptions are thrown.

EnsureRunning should return null if it cannot start the process.
