gene_subgroup, subgroup_designation, allele_designation in AlleleDescription #557

Hi @williamdlees , the name of these fields is confusing to me in relation to their description. E.g., subgroup_designation is suppose to contain the gene designation. Does it make sense to name all three consistently such as?

subgroup_designation gene_designation allele_designation
