ADC v1.2 Schema Management #607

Issue to track our schema management.

Changes to keep an ADC release in sync with an AIRR version release.

info.version = 1.2.0
Any AIRR spec objects need to link to a tagged version
- repertoire_list
- rearrangement_extension
- clone_extension
- cell_extension
- expression_list

adc-api.yaml and adc-api-openapi3.yaml will need to be tagged with v1.2 and link to AIRR v1.4 tags in the above objects in these files.

Resolves Point 5 in #579 - schema change management.

This relies on the AIRR v1.4.0 milestone being completed and tagged with a release.

Since we can only have one milestone attached, we really want this attached to the v1.4 milestone. We need the v1.4 tag so we can create the API spec using that tag.

This is done, ready to tag as ADC v1.2.0 - tag to v1.4.1 spec completed, confirmed in Swagger editor that links to v1.4.1 are working.
