Why are most MHCGenotype fields nullable=false? #665

This seems odd to me. Many of them are not required, so they don't need to be supplied, but you can't supply them and make them null????

Any insights? We are starting to load studies with MHC and this doesn't make a lot of sense?

The same holds true of Genotype fields.
