"Inferences on which the sequence is based" - explain that these are likely to grow over time, may be sparse on first publication
Explain what History is used for
Check titles and wording of mails sent to submitters. Notes title looked wrong when sequence was first published
Make it clearer that publishing a submission doesn't imply that all inferences have been accepted.
