Genotypes are the items most intensively studied by IARC, but it takes 3 clicks to get to one from the submissions page.
Put them on the first tab, or put the genotype's tab first?
Put genotypes in the Submissions list, interleaved under each submission?
Interleaving with submissions could be confusing for occasional users, and won't scale well as the number of submissions increases. Moving the tabs around seems a better approach. Maybe put inferred sequences and genotypes on the first tab.
The tab order in the submission edit screen follows the natural work flow. But I don't see that the view screen has to keep to the same order and layout
