Support multiple sets of primers #4

From Andrew Collins and others:

"We used a nested PCR to generate IgG subclass-associated and IgE-associated VDJ. There is no capacity to provide inside and outside primers."

make it so that people can enter as many sets of primers as they need, and name them to reflect their purpose
