we agreed that we will continue to accumulate evidence for our inferences, driving all inferences to Level 3 if possible. The problem here will be that most people will not track the origin of IMGT sequences, and so will be unaware that their sequences may be suitable for submission to the IARC. A solution may come from other submissions to IARC. Would it be possible to run a check of submitted genotypes to see if any sequences match our Level 0, 1 or 2 sequences?
