In OGRDB, I wonder if it would be possible to include the overall ratio for sequences that are used for haplotyping? For example, last night we were talking of haplotype ratios of 60:40 for particular genes. The divergence from 50:50 is almost certainly because J602 is expressed at higher frequency than J603. Would it be possible to show the J6 ratio, perhaps beneath the 'Haplotype ratio' heading?

...might be easier to put on the plot rather than in the csv file.
