Optional downsampling of rep for speed of report #22

ui.R enables checkbox for downsampling, passed to server.R, passed to repcred-core.R, utilized by report generated by index.Rmd if TRUE.

Additional changes: collapse of repertoire_dt --> repertoire. Have not found any issues or alterations with test data so far, appears to transition just fine.
