initial VM setup at TACC at airr-knowledge.tacc.utexas.edu, still need to get domain pointed to the VM

sadly, the domain registration is still not right, it isn't pointing to TACC DNS servers so they cannot manage the IPs. My attempt to getting the UTSW IR person to quickly fix it failed, so had to go the long cumbersome route of filing a support ticket.

ok, we got DNS figured out so now it points to VM. It is still on lockdown though until we get wordpress installed and a security audit is run.
