Consistent and transparent AIRR preprocessing pipelines. AIRR data is processed from FASTQ to FASTA reads in a way that is consistent between repositories and between studies with similar protocols. The protocol used is identifiable and reproducible.

  1. Capture how preprocessing is done (transparency/reproducibility)
  2. Preprocessing pipeline
  3. Acquire raw data for preprocessing
  4. Preprocessing architecture
  5. Preprocessing automation
  6. Consistently preprocessed data
