AKC will primarily interact with VDJbase through a defined OpenAPI V3 spec.

William has presented the API to the group and we've gone through a couple rounds of reviews and updates. The API looks good for initial data integration with AKC.

  • [ ] Request and response schemas linked to AIRR and/or CDM.

A local version of the AIRR schema is being, so we'll have to be carefully to keep it synced.
