Most studies use study specific identifiers for subjects, samples, etc. These are not unique identifiers, but identifiers the study authors assign for meaning within the study. These are typically the study and sample identifiers that the authors refer to in papers. None of this information, with the exception of Investigation.archival_id.
This seem to be a significant problem to me, in particular when trying to link information in the AKC to information in the paper and potentially other resources. The ADC stores these values and they are lost when converting data to the AKC.
