As per discussion in https://github.com/airr-knowledge/ak-schema/pull/16 there may be some desired changes around OBI assay, in particular the B-cell and T-cell sequence assays don't have a significant structure to them (they don't have a single common parent), they don't have the ability to have a combined assay (e.g. 10X), and have the single-cell assays as a child of the B-cell and T-cell assays.
We may want to recommend changes for these issues...
