Feedback from Resource Specialist session. There is no need for a ResourceInfo.vcard:hasRelated contact in this metadata, since attributesResourceSpecialist covers this (which they specifically said should just be a string, not a full vcard:contact, and we should probably document the reasons why just a sring). It should stay in Agency though.
