excludesFromWebsite does not need to be shared #36

"Airs:excludesFromWebsite – this field is for internal purposes only. Where the owner of the data has decided whether they will or will not publish the agency’s information on their public website. I do not see how this fits into data sharing.​"

This field came from the AIRS Schema, which could be used for syncing that back-end data​, but which doesn't apply to Linked Data sharing. So we should remove it.
