submitted by resource specialist: "Airs:attributesResourceSpecialist – this would be the person the employee of the owner of the data. I do not see how sharing this information fits into data sharing. This seems like it would be confidential to the owner of the data."

Perhaps this should be changed to attributesRecordOwner ??
