submitted by resource specialist: "Airs:Agency has a separate notation for email, but I do not see one under airs:Site?"

Site email address(es) is a recommended data element in the AIRS Standards.

Wouldn't it be SiteService and not Site that needs an email, since the Site is not related to a specific service; it's just a location where the service is.
