[ANDROID] Screen Blinks issue #1055

AIR 33.1.1.476 Adobe Animate 21.0.7

User device details: Device: Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Device language: Russian Android version: Android 9 (SDK 28)

Recently I got a complaint from my player about his device blink after updating to the latest version. The latest version has AIR 33.1.1.476 and Distriqt ANE's

Today I updated and the screen began to blink during the game, that is, the image, then a black screen, often, often! I don't know how to attach a screen recording. Please fix it soon!.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue. How can I solve this ? Please help.
