App wont open #3139

Hey, I have an application (Gacha Club for PC) . it was working in the morning but then i closed the tab and it has stopped working, i wont open and everytime i try instead of opening i get a pop up that says I don't have the correct version of adobe AIR, i tried downloading the newest version of abode Air but i already had it and the app is still telling me to update it even though i cant???

You have to unzip all files and folders before running .exe file.

i did and it worked for 4 days, but then yesterday i closed it and it now refuses to open. but thatnkyou for your help, ill try unziping all the folders again
