The latest version I found on the internet is SWF 19. swf-file-format-spec.pdf and the avm2overview (that outdated). avm2overview.pdf

Please publish an official & auto-updated SWF File Format documentation, with DoABC2, float... included.

We'll look into this one - we don't have editable versions of them at the moment so are exploring the best route to get one..
