LMA sub-cluster for multi-tenant type #118

Once SIP and ViNO are integrated in Treasuremap, we should demonstrate how LMA can be deployed as a sub-cluster. In order to do that, the components bundled in the current lma-infra phase should be deployed to the target cluster, and the rest should be delivered to the LMA sub-cluster. We should wait though until the sub-clusters are re-aligned as suggested in #117
