This should be implemented after we have a reference-multi-tenant bare metal site definition (which will be based on today's reference-airship-core and will match STL3).

Once reference-multi-tenant exists, we'll have a telco-oriented reference that demonstrates real-life networking config. However, there's a need for a more bare-bones / simple / starting point configuration, and the airship-core type could be modified for that purpose.

This change includes:

Collapsing all the networks down to just two, non-vlan networks: PXE and OAM (OAM would have "all traffic besides PXE)
Remove NIC bonding from airship-core
Reduce the number of nodes (and appropriate replicas) in the reference site to one master and one worker
Adjust the reference site configuration to match infrastructure in the Ericsson Lab, since the STL3 lab can't support both networking setups at once

This story continue to be blocked due to lack of hardware resources. Next update will be when the servers are assigned to this work.

@mattmceuen @jezogwza Since we are planning to deprecate multi-tenant, do we still want to scale down airshipc-ore?
