Create LMA-stack composite in airshipit/treasuremap #61

Description :

As a developer I would like to create a LMA-Stack Composite that can reused for Consolidating the LMA data from other clusters in a LMA Subcluster. The LMA-stack composite will use the functions that include ElasticSearch, Kibana, ElasticSearch-Exporter , Thanos-operator, Grafana(by enabling the grafana in the Kube-Prometheus-Stack function) and the Minio-S3 function .
