Cleanup / Upgrade / New Side menu / New login page

Hey @bfkelsey, I worked a bit on the UI, I think we are getting somewhere !

Sorry for the big commits with multiple changes in it, couldn't clean it. So here is a summary of the changes :

• Upgrade angular / Remove old side-menu / Cleanup
  • Upgraded angular to 5.1.1
  • Upgraded angular-cli to 1.6.1
  • Cleaned files to match a fresh 5.1.1 new project
  • Changed AppEnvName to Airsonic UI
  • Removed some notes from the README
  • Moved messages.xlf to src/locale dir
  • Removed side-menu component and ng-sidebar module
  • Small fixes
• Full rewrite of side-menu
  • This needed to move the topbar in his own component, and after this I added the side-menu in the root app component
• Enhance login page

@airsonic/maintainers Do you guys have any graphics advice or wishes ? Is this taken a good direction ?

Hey guys ! That seems to be cool. I apologies for not contributing these days, I got few free time. But I'll try to set up a Angular dev environment and test it for real.

EDIT: I didn't managed to succeed the tests , I had 2 errors, I don't understand why they are here,, So if you want to take a quick look at this 2 errors I would appreciate !
