web: choosing another benchmark resets previous selections/choices for branch etc #519

E.g. if you

go to http://datalad.github.io/datalad/#benchmarks.SuperdatasetsOperationsSuite.time_installr !(datalad sample)[http://www.onerussian.com/tmp/gkrellShoot_06-08-17_093629.png)
select also to display master (or better - just master)
then select another (or even the same) benchmark in the bottom "benchmarks" selection in the sidebar seems that all (?) previous choices

browser: chromium Version 55.0.2883.75 built on Debian stretch/sid, running on Debian 9.0 (64-bit)

Dear developers, so what do you think about this issue. I mistakenly thought that it was already addressed, tried current master, still persists. Makes it difficult to browse results :-/ Thanks in advance for the feedback
