Feature/45 collection page orders #107

Description

Fixes #4 Fixes #45 Fixes #47 Fixes #96 Fixes #104

Home page shows all active orders. Every order has an nft (CollectionTokenInfo) that's loaded with it.
Nft detail page shows price and owner if matching order has been found.
Profile page will also try to find a matching order for every nft.
Save all CollectionTokenInfo to metadata store to minimise network requests.
