Textual and layout changes from feedback #124

Overall

[x] Remove links from header (about, explore, discord, twitter)
[ ] Add a footer: “Presented by AirSwap”
[x] Replace: “+ LIST” with “+ LIST A TOKEN”
[x] Remove dropdown menu and make click go to profile.

Collection Page

[x] Add “COLLECTION” label above the collection name.
[x] “CrypToadz” should reflect collection name (does it?) _(No, comes from REACT_APP_COLLECTIONNAME in .env)
[x] Remove “By Sjnivo”
[x] Rename “Search Collection” → “Search listings”
[x] Rename “NFTs for sale” → “All listings” / “Search results”

Profile Page

[x] Add “WALLET” label above the wallet address.
[x] Remove the disconnect button from the profile page.
[x] Rename “NFT’s” to “ALL TOKENS”
[x] Rename “LISTED” to “FOR SALE”
